Frank S. Hvizdak, 63, of rural Glenbeulah was bound over for trial in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Wednesday on a charge of first-degree intentional homicide for allegedly firing four shots into Jason TenPas, 31, during an apparent argument on Aug. 31 at Racers Hall, a tavern near Plymouth.
